These pictures demonstrate the greeting/response we get when we ask the question "What are you doing Ms. Dalby?" We especially get the look when she is near the coffee table like she is in the second picture.....she always inches her way over to the coffee table and comes very close to hitting her head each time.

Your so Vain

There is a mirror on the side of the yellow block and it is so fun to watch how she looks at the mirror and tries to figure out who the baby in the mirror is.....

Safe Travels

Uncle Damon visited us last week for a night. He dropped his car off so we can watch it while he is in Iraq. He will be gone for at least 8 months to a year. So please keep him in your thoughts and prayers. While he was here we had a hat fashion show. We had ordered two sun hats - a medium and a large. The large hat(as you can see) almost fits Damon. The medium is on Dalby. Hopefully she grows into the hat.

Laundry

Mom has figured out a way to allow her little helper into the laundry room to help with a task done multiple times in a week. However this trick only works when the laundry basket is not full of clothes that need to be folded(which is rare). Dalby certainly enjoyed her time in the basket.

My new dress

Grandma Dalby recently brought a new dress that she made. Dalby has worn it quite a bit, although it never fails that she messes up the onesie underneath it somehow. That particular onesie seems to be a magnet for messes. The flowers and polka dots on the dress are also a favorite conversation piece for her.
