Lunch Time Giggles

Who wouldn't think this was slap your high chair funny?

Good Morning!

Lately I have been finding our little girl on her knees in her crib playing with the decorative knobs. So Saturday morning when we heard some happy discussion over the baby monitor, Ryan went into peek at our little girl playing, only to find her standing and so proud of herself!
So for the Sunday afternoon nap there was some opposition.....and I went into check on our unhappy napper and found this......we are not sure how her legs got caught in this position but of course before we helped her we needed to take a picture:)

Can you find the baby in these pictures?

Dalby is definitely loving exploring. She managed to squeeze between the couch and the wooden sink that Grandpa D. made for her....she wanted to get to a toy that we had put away so that she couldn't get to it.......well she got stuck and then as you can see in the last picture...she started to get mad....but she did get the toy.

Look at me...

Dalby found her bouncy seat. She thought the bouncy seat was fun for a few minutes, then she was ready to be on the move again. (just thought a comparison shot was fun)

What's this?

Dalby loves exploring and she happened to "find" this little chair in her room. So I just took a few pictures of her playing with the step stool/chair.

Oh the places we may go.....?

Something I know I will miss is the carseat carrier - what a wonderful invention! This car seat has given Ryan and I so much independence. When we would go out to eat we would just wait until she was asleep(she has taken some of her best naps in the carseat carrier), plop her in the car seat and head out to the restaurant of choice. Now our little girl (17lbs 14 ozs, 28 inches long as of today at her 9 month appointment) will soon be graduating from the carrier to the traditional car seat that stays in the car :( We will soon be missing the ability to "pack up the baby" and go. Dalby already sits in the high chair at restaurants and is pretty good, most of the time......
